Neurodiverse Families Retreat
Avolve’s retreat for neurodiverse families (featured in Condé Nast’s Traveller, “Why detoxing, TikTok fads and overpriced treatments are making way for a new type of inclusive wellness travel” by Chloe Laws) took place in Cabuya, Costa Rica in June 2023. We hiked to waterfalls, took a surfing lesson, made chocolate in the jungle and had so much fun!
Goddess & Wisdom Rising Retreat
At Avolve’s Goddess & Wisdom Rising retreats groups of women gather in lush green mountains to drink in fresh air. We enjoy sparking stars, sitting around a fire, resting, hiking, morning yoga and meditation with journaling & practices to restore the nervous system and nourish mind, body and spirit.
Testimonials from Retreats
“Set in a peaceful, majestic location, the Goddess Rising retreat provided the perfect atmosphere for nurturing balance, reflection and spirituality. There was a great line up of activities - from yoga to sound therapy to journaling. Kelley did a stellar job bringing her own loving nature to fostering a healing path for those that attended. I can’t wait to go again!”
“Great retreat! Loved Kelley and the yoga, very in tune with the group. Enjoyed the options for reiki and massages. The Owners and staff were absolutely wonderful.”
“Loved this event! Kelley was fabulous and welcoming. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with insuring the pose was correct in a very nice way. I would recommend this event for all levels! The accomodations and food were great and delicious! Go to the waterfall!”
“The retreat with Kelley was beyond my expectations. It had everything: yoga, movement, communing with nature, warm nurturing connections with new friends and a magical spot to disconnect from the works.”
